Technical cork stoppers
In order to meet the requirements of the market, we only commercialize cork stoppers which composition contains agglomerate. The process of individual moulding contributes to a consistent appearance. Size, grain size and diameter can be adjusted depending on the products it is destined to.
Our products are adjustable to a very huge variety of bottle and can be used for all types of wines (still and sparkling). For sparkling wines we currently use corks mainly designated for Champaign.
The corks we utilize for Champaign present an increased homogeneity of density as well as better performances in elasticity, waterproofness, compression and thermic resistance. All the products we use for the production strictly obey the FDA requests relative to alimentary goods.

CKS 1+1 EXCELLENCE
Technical stopper made up of a principal corpse of thin agglomerate (grain size 0,5 to 1mm) and two discs of natural cork on both extremities. Joining perfectly these three components and using refined grains make it even more homogeneous with the best mechanical comportment.

CKS 1+1 PRESTIGE
Technical stopper made up of a corpse of agglomerate (grain size from 0,5 to 2 mm) and two discs of natural cork on both extremities. The perfect juncture between these three components permits a better homogeneity, guarantying a superior mechanical comportment.
Dimensions : 44 mm x 23,5 mm
We obtain the structure of these stoppers by an individual moulding. In fact, the jointure of these three elements (principal corpse of agglomerate and two discs of natural corks on both extremities) occurs in the same productive phase. Using this technique, we obtain better homogeneity and physical proprieties.
SPARKLING WINES:
CKS MICRO CHAMP
This stopper requests the higher technologic level of production you can find in the whole cork industry. This one mostly constitutes the so called “new generation of cork stoppers”. This technical stopper is produced by individual moulding with grain size from 1 to 2 mm.

CKS 0+2 AUTHENTIC CHAMP
Technical corkstopper for sparkling wines constituted of a principal corpse of agglomerate (8 to 10 mm) with two joined discs of natural cork on the extremity in contact with the wine. The perfect jointure between these three components guaranties the best physical comportment and homogeneity.
